The Process

DISCOVERY

Let’s chat! I start off with a Discovery Call to discuss the broad strokes of a potential project; scope of work, style aesthetic, timeline and budget. This is quickly followed by a Site Visit to the client’s space to get to know you, how you move through your space, and your vision for the project. Inspo welcome at this point!

DESIGN

Brainstorming session! Collaboration throughout the design process is of the utmost importance. Using your input and my vision, I develop a design scheme for your space using 3D CAD software. We’ll meet again, and I’ll present Room Layouts, Mood Boards and samples for you to approve.

COORDINATION

Time to get on the phone! Once the design scheme has been finalized, you will be sent a proposal detailing all the costs associated with the selections we have made together.I take care of all the ordering, tracking and customer service issues with our trade partners so you don’t have to.

Execution

Drum Roll Please! Once everything has been delivered, I will work with you to move everything to its proper place. Then it’s time for you to and you can relax in your beautiful oasis of a new home!

Before & After

Your Designer

Laurel Wreath Homes is a boutique Interior Design company based in Medfield, MA run by Designer Sierra M. Hartley. Sierra specializes in transitional designs with coastal leanings: neutrals mixed with bright patterns and textures that were meant to be touched. Careful and thoughtful in her approach to creating spaces built around the families that live in them, she is always on the hunt for those vintage pieces that will evoke the feelings of “home and happiness” for her clients.

Sierra is a graduate of Clemson University and the Fashion Institute of Design. She worked in fashion and then as a Realtor for many years before she began rehabbing houses in the Metrowest area under the name Laurel Homes LLC. It was at that point that she discovered a passion for Interior Design, and has been designing spaces for clients ever since.

In her spare time, Sierra enjoys gardening, antiquing, and going on adventures w/ her husband, 2 children and their rescue dog.
