Interior Design

Laurel Dr, Medfield

This busy family of 5 was starting from scratch when they contacted us – a brand new Great Room addition was already in the works. The design started with the sectional couch and quickly moved to the rug; the focal points of the space. Both are kid friendly yet bring a laid back California sophistication to the room; perfect for both everyday living and entertaining guests. With lots of privacy outside, we decided to forgo any drapery, and as such, the space exudes freshness and openness. Experimenting with different , poofs and lamps add a level of warmth to balance out and add depth to the Southern California coolness. With a focus on a welcoming aesthetic, this mini oasis reflects the family’s unique style while prioritizing comfort and practicality.

Tiniest Client's Bedroom

Transforming chaos to creativity in a preteen girl’s bedroom. What was once a nursery lacked toy storage and functionality as this little lady started aging out of her “mermaid room”. Room layout was essential in this space, so we decided to create several stations for her to move through while enjoying her room; including a vanity, desk, and play space. We focused on enhancing functionality as well as style by incorporating ample storage solutions everywhere we saw an opportunity to. With the addition of new lighting, a colorful and unique wallpaper mural along with a fresh coat of paint, we curated a more mature ambiance while maintaining a youthful charm. From the new custom curtains to the freshly DIY’d rattan desk chair, every detail was carefully chosen to inspire her imagination and foster a space that grows with her.

Arnold Dr, Medfield

Light and bright was the name of the game for this main bedroom in Medfield. The biggest challenges our clients faced was room layout and lack of storage; tiny closets and a King size bed with all the eaves and angles of a Cape Cod style house is a challenge to say the least. The key was creating a room layout that really worked for them – that meant sourcing furniture that fit and getting rid of the rest. With a focus on enhancing natural light and keeping the bed as the center point of the room, we painted, installed new drapes, added storage, and strategically positioned furniture, creating an airy yet inviting atmosphere. Carefully selected blues, creams, and farmhouse style wood tones balance each other in the space, elevating its cozy, natural warmth.
